By using this site, subscribing to the newsletter, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the site or service.

This is a personal brand and consulting practice operated by Andy Ritchie. These terms apply to everything under imandyritchie.com, including the blog, the newsletter, the /start sequence, and the /consult booking flow.

Everything I publish on this site is based on real work I am doing or have done. I try to be accurate. I am a practitioner, not a lawyer, accountant, or doctor. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

AI tools, workflows, and integrations I write about can change without notice. A prompt that works today may not work tomorrow. A SaaS tool I recommend may shut down or get acquired. Verify before relying on anything.

Code snippets, prompt templates, and workflows published in blog posts or the newsletter are free to use in your own projects. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

When you book a call through /consult, you are paying for a 60-minute advisory session. The fee is charged when you book through TidyCal.

What you get. My attention and recommendations during the call. A short written recap within two business days. Follow-up email for clarifying questions within one week of the call.

What you do not get. I am not your employee, contractor, or fractional CTO. A consult is advice, not implementation. If you want ongoing work, we can talk about that separately at the call.

Rescheduling. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the call through TidyCal at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless there is an emergency, in which case email me and I will be reasonable.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you get on the call and decide within 30 days that you did not get your money's worth, email me and I will refund you in full. No questions, no fight, no process. I would rather have a happy person who walked away than an unhappy person who stayed.

The newsletter is free. I send it on Sundays. The /start Getting Started sequence is also free and runs for about seven weeks after you subscribe through that page.

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom. There is no fee, no retention flow, no dark patterns.

I may occasionally promote my own consulting, products, or partner offers in the newsletter. Any promotion will be clearly my own pick, not an undisclosed paid placement.

The writing, design, and original images on this site are mine. You are welcome to share links and quote excerpts with attribution. Do not republish entire posts or pass my work off as your own.

Code snippets and prompt templates published in posts or the newsletter are free to reuse. That is the whole point.

Some images on this site are AI-generated. They are still my work product for the purpose of these terms.

Use the site in good faith. Do not scrape the content to resell or repackage, do not attack the infrastructure, do not use the newsletter or consulting channels to spam or harass me.

If you think someone has breached these terms, email me.

The site and the newsletter are provided as-is. I do my best to keep them accurate and available, but I do not guarantee either.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for losses that result from you relying on anything published on this site or in the newsletter. For the paid consulting service, the liability cap is the amount you paid for that specific call.

None of this limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

I may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and reflected in the 'last updated' date at the top of this page.

If you keep using the site after a change, you agree to the updated terms.
